I was playing around in photoshop yesterday and thought I'd post some of my results. These are a few of my friends; Kyle, Tara, Jasmine, and Gareth.
This kitten has been my best friend my whole life. Through the years she just keeps getting cooler and cooler and I can't even deal. Recently she's chopped all of her hair off and I frickin love it. Super sexy.
If you haven't heard I'm one half of the Ginger Guides; a youtube channel run by my boyfriend and I. We haven't made a video in a while so this one was well over due.
PS: GO CANADA GO
I've recently purchased the Sigma 18-35 1.8, which I will be reviewing in an upcoming post. These are a few of my test shots.
On valentines Kyle and I finally went to Crywolf a store that we first heard of at the exhibition this year in the craft tent. It's full of beautiful trinkets and well designed clothing. I would recommend making a trip there if you live in the area. This is their website; http://www.crywolfclothing.com.
I've recently re-organized my computer by changing icons and using sticky notes as reminders. It's a fun and simple way to personalize your computer and can be done for the most part on a Mac or a PC.
To start I found a photograph on tumblr that wasn't too flashy because I didn't want something that would look busy. This is my tumblr account if you're looking for any suggestions, happiness-disaster.tumblr.com and this is the exact picture http://happiness-disaster.tumblr.com/post/75030181341. An important thing to remember is to find a large picture otherwise it will be pixelated and blurry.
Next I used the sticky app; changing their colours to match my background photo. You can change the colour but, also the transparency which is key. I also changed the font to "brain flower" which I downloaded from http://dafont.com and used special characters under the edit bar.
The final thing I did was change all my icons. You can find tons of different ones from http://www.deviantart.com. All you have to do to change them is right click on the icon, hit get info, simply drag the icon from your downloaded file to the icon in the info folder.
Good Luck!
